These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the nadi76 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

Each individual may hold only one nadi76 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited in line with anti-fraud policy.

nadi76 operates under an international gaming license. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction specified in Section 14 of these Terms & Conditions.

2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nadi76. By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by simply using the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.
2.2 These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, wagering, bonus participation, withdrawal requests, and any use of customer support services.

3.1 To register an Account and use the nadi76 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:
3.2 nadi76 primarily serves players based in Indonesia. By registering, Indonesian-based Players confirm that they are aware of and accept the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in their jurisdiction.
Age Verification: nadi76 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned where verification permits. nadi76 may require age verification documents at any stage.
4.1 You may hold only one Account on the nadi76 Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — will be treated as duplicate accounts.
4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. nadi76 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to safeguard your login credentials.
4.4 If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify nadi76 support immediately at [email protected].
4.5 nadi76 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms.
4.6 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.
5.1 nadi76 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming requirement applicable to international gaming operations.
5.2 You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
5.3 KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format. Documents that appear edited, obscured, or fraudulent will be rejected and the Account flagged for review.
5.4 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. nadi76 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory verification.
5.5 All KYC data is processed and stored in accordance wi th our Privacy Policy.
6.1 All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via one of the approved payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Currently accepted channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon.
6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may be updated by nadi76 from time to time without prior notice.
6.3 Deposits must originate from a bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.
6.4 nadi76 does not charge deposit fees, however your bank may apply its own transfer charges. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their financial institution.
6.5 Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. In the event of a deposit not appearing within a reasonable timeframe, you should contact support with your transfer receipt for investigation.
6.6 nadi76 reserves the right to reject any deposit it reasonably suspects is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms, and to return such funds to the originating account.
7.1 Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same bank account used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to identity matching. This requirement exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
7.2 Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 5.
7.3 Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated on the withdrawal page. Withdrawals below the stated minimum will not be processed.
7.4 nadi76 targets processing of withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, measured from the point of approval:
7.5 Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard banking hours (including weekends and Indonesian public holidays) may be queued for processing on the next available business day.
7.6 nadi76 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. The Player will be notified if additional documentation is required.
7.7 Withdrawals of winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are subject to completion of the applicable wagering requirement as stated in Section 8.
8.1 nadi76 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page prior to opt-in. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only.
8.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

Activities including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering to fulfil requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinated play with other Players to exploit bonus terms will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Transparency Commitment: nadi76 publishes the full wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry date of every promotion before you opt in. We encourage all Players to read promotion-specific terms in full before participating.
9.1 All bets placed on the nadi76 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as published in the game help section or sportsbook rules page. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable rules before wagering.
9.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or voided by the Player except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game or sport rules.
9.3 nadi76 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with clearly incorrect odds, or placed in circumstances where it is evident that a technical error has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
9.4 For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, if one or more legs of the accumulator are voided, the bet will be recalculated based on the remaining valid legs. Specific rules are published in the sportsbook rules section.
9.5 Live in-play betting is offered across a wide range of sporting events including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and AFF Cup matches. In-play odds fluctuate in real time. nadi76 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
9.6 Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply and are stated in the relevant game or market rules. nadi76 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any Player at any time at its discretion.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nadi76 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: nadi76 maintains a strict AML program. All suspicious transactions are reported to the appropriate authorities in line with our legal obligations. Players are reminded that depositing funds derived from criminal activity is a serious criminal offense.
11.1 All content on the nadi76 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and user interface design — is the property of nadi76 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
11.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the nadi76 Platform without the express prior written consent of nadi76.
12.1 The nadi76 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While nadi76 makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted, error-free service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors at all times.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nadi76 shall not be liable for:
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits nadi76's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.4 nadi76's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
13.1 nadi76 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, and personalized communication purposes.
13.3 nadi76 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors, KYC providers, and game studios is limited to what is strictly necessary to deliver the Platform's services.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nadi76 holds its international gaming license.
14.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
14.3 Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
15.1 nadi76 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, nadi76 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.
15.2 The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.6 of these Terms.
